New construction price information for building production volume statistics Statistics Finland is asking for your offer on price data for new construction for the purposes of statistics on the volume of construction production. Statistics Finland acquires updated annually regional new construction prices by building category. The acquired data is combined at Statistics Finland with the construction measures data obtained from the Finnish Environment Agency based on the building category, time and location. The service to be acquired the target is tabular data (csv or excel) to be delivered once a year, which contains a regional, construction phase-specific, fixed and current new price for each of the 98 building categories typical of the 2018 building classification for the building. In addition to new prices, the service includes the option of the right to publish grouped new price data (€/brm²) for the implementation of real estate taxation. Statistics Finland decides on the implementation of the option during the contract period. Purchase content and service option is described in more detail in the annexes of the request for tenders, especially in Annex 1. Description of the object of procurement. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. The contract is valid until further notice, and the duration of the contract and the terms of termination are described in more detail in the request for tender in the appendix Agreement.
