The subject of the public contract is the realization of the building "NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITY OF THE TECHNICAL YARD, VILLAGE OF HODONICE". The scope of performance includes in particular: • the realization of a new multi-purpose building of the technical yard, including a storage and operational hall, a maintenance workshop, hygienic and operational background for employees, • execution of all building structures of the building, • supply and installation of technical equipment of the building, especially heating, air conditioning, medical technical installations, electrical installation, lightning rod and photovoltaic power plants, • implementation of water supply and sewerage connections, storm sewers and related technical infrastructure distributions, • implementation of a rainwater management system, including a retention tank and infiltration device, • implementation paved areas, • implementation of a separate object for the storage of spreading materials, • implementation of fencing of the area, • implementation of all related deliveries, construction, assembly, finishing and other works necessary for the proper completion and commissioning of the building usage.
