New construction Ikc De Wegwijzer Description: De Wegwijzer is an Integrated Child Center, the current school will be demolished and the school will have a new replacement building on the same location. The location will be delivered ready for construction. The new building is being constructed for approximately 260 students and the GFA is approximately 2881m2 over two floors, including a gymnasium and daycare. The structure has the following structure: Foundation: (Drilled) piles formed in the ground with a concrete beam grid on top. Floors: Ground floor; insulated hollow-core slab floor, 1st floor; hollow-core slab floor with integrated steel beams.
