Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the construction of a single-storey fire station with a built-up area of 320 m2 in the village of Písek, district of Hradec Králové. Structurally, it is a brick building with a combined (gable and flat) roof, which will be located on the site of the original armory intended for demolition. The main source of heating and cooling are three split air-to-air heat pumps, supplemented by electric direct heaters. As part of the utility networks, a new electrical connection is being built, the existing water supply system is being modified and sewage water is being discharged to septic tank with biological filter. The project also includes paved areas with an area of approx. 216 m2, including an asphalt ramp, concrete sidewalks and a parking space made of absorbent pavement.
