A new town hall is being built for the official and administrative organization of the municipality of De Ronde Venen (DRV). The town hall consists of an office environment, administrative center, council chamber, meeting center, public spaces and facility/support areas. The building has a gross floor area of 5, 000 m2. The new building meets the BENG standards and the indoor climate meets the healthy office class B requirements. To achieve this, a wooden one was chosen in the design process supporting structure consisting of laminated wooden beams and columns and CLT floors. The facade is constructed from HSB elements with a ceramic shell. The design team has developed a Technical Design, including specifications and drawings. Because of the high degree integration of installation technology and architectural elements, it was decided to tender the project in one lot (architectural and installations). The site design will be tendered separately.
