The subject of the public contract is the new construction of building C1. The building is designed as a seven-story building with three stepped floors. It adjoins the neighboring new building of pavilion B. The connection between these pavilions is ensured by an above-ground neck in the 1st floor and in the 1st floor and a connecting through a tunnel in the garages of both buildings. The main entrance is oriented from the east side from I. P. Pavlova Street and is completely covered by the overhang of the higher floors.
