The subject of the public contract is the construction manager's services described in the order contract, which will be implemented in connection with the construction of new buildings on the client's premises. The construction manager's services will be directly linked to the scope and progress of the implementation of the investment project for the construction of a completely new building B, internal enoughand the construction of a low-threshold emergency reception and a connecting corridor between the new construction of building B and the existing future building A. All the mentioned construction works form one functional unit, which will be implemented as part of one construction event.
