New construction and conversion of the Felsenau workshop The task includes the planning and execution of the upgrade of the Felsenau workshop. The content of the service to be offered is based on the SIA fee schedule 102 for the following sub-phases: -3 project planning (31 preliminary project, 32 construction project, 33 approval process) -4 tender (41 tender, offer comparison, award application) -5 Realisierung (51 Ausführungsprojekt, 52 Ausführung, 53 Inbetriebnahme) In addition to the SIA services, the planning and implementation is carried out in the BIM methodology agreed. All partial services are required (except 31 - study possible solutions, rough estimate of construction costs, ≈ 3.0%).
