New consolidation solution using SAP The currently used consolidation solution SAP SEM-BCS for the creation of the consolidated invoice (legal consolidation) as well as the financial statistics (profit center consolidation) and what is based on it Reporting in SAP BW will only be regularly maintained by the manufacturer until December 31, 2027. A paid extension of the maintenance period is only possible until the end of 2030. This creates the need for a new consolidation solution to be introduced using SAP including reporting and to be integrated into the financial reporting tool (SAP Disclosure Management) via a standard interface. As a follow-up solution for the creation of legal consolidation and financial statistics (Profit center consolidation) SAP Group Reporting is provided. In addition, reporting must be set up using SAP applications available in the canton. On the one hand, the reports are for analysis purposes with the SAP Analytics Cloud add-in for Microsoft Excel On the other hand, they can be evaluated and integrated into SAP Disclosure Management to create financial reporting. In addition, the solution includes the optional data migration of historical closing data from today's systems (SAP SEM-BCS, SAP BW).
