New competition Preparation of regulatory plan and feasibility study The competition concerns the development of a zoning plan and feasibility study for a new care center in Førde. The work must provide a solid and quality-assured planning and design basis, and resultatet skal leggje premissane for vidare utvikling av valt konsept gjennom skisseprosjekt og forprosjekt. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 1, 500, 000 ex. VAT The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For more information see we to the procurement documents. By its nature, this procurement is assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and the environment, cf. the Procurement Act § 5b third paragraph. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy/advisory services where the client is prevented from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria that target these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental guide. Apprentices: The client has assessed the procurement against Section 5h of the Procurement Act, and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement, as the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with professional or journeyman's certificate, cf. Procurement Act § 5h, subsection 2, letter c.
