The emergency department is located in the Combined Building at the Hospital in Levanger, address: Kirkegata 2D, 7600 Levanger. ILL needs to acquire a new electronic patient record solution (EPJ) as a cloud-based service. The purpose is to replace the current solution, which does not support cloud-based operation, with a modern and future-oriented solution that provides better accessibility, security and support for the emergency room's 24/7 operations. The EHR solution is a critical work tool in the emergency department and must support proper patient treatment, efficient workflow and good interaction between central user groups such as doctors, nurses and administrative staff. The business needs a solution that i to a greater extent adapted to emergency room work processes, including reception, triage, record documentation, message handling and information sharing. The acquisition will also contribute to reducing technological and operational risk through high availability, robust operation, rapid error correction and supplier support around the clock.
