Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, WI. A Class Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Acquisition and Logistics National Acquisition Center limits performance of service agreements for previously acquired and installed Philips Radiology and Imaging Systems to the OEM, Philips. Orders will be issued as sole source (to the OEM) in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). All orders will be issued under IDIQ SPE2D1-17-D-00. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and services to the Contracting Officer by 10:00am CDT on 03/31/2026. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
Responses received will be evaluated, however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
