Optional Bid Structure
The Township is re-issuing this tender with two procurement options to encourage broader participation from potential bidders. Contractors are invited to submit a price for Option 1, Option 2, or both, depending on the services they are able to provide:
Option 1 - Supply, deliver, and fully install a new bulk water station at the specified location, including all required placement and connection work to the Township built concrete pad.
Option 2 - Supply and deliver the bulk water station only. Under this option, the Township will coordinate and execute the placement on the concrete pad and all installation work through third-party contractors.
The Township reserves the right to award based on either option, depending on budget, timing, and project requirements.
