The subject of this tender is construction work for the implementation of the "New MIKADO St. Johann" construction project in accordance with the service description and plan supplements. Lot of construction work - electrical engineering

on the former site of the Austrian Federal FoundationFirst in the south of the municipality of St. Johann im Pongau, various functions are to be combined into a new multifunctional center, the so-called "MIKADO St. Johann", on the southern edge of the town. These functions are: a kindergarten with 6 groups, a toddler care with a total of 10 groupsppen, a senior day center for 20 people, an office wing with workstations and training areas for the aid organization's employees, a commercial kitchen, a general practitioner's office, an underground car park with around 100 parking spaces, common rooms, the legally required outdoor areasn systems for the children's facilities and the requirements for above-ground logistics. All of these functions should be interwoven into a whole on the property in an exemplary manner, whereby the individual parts should be connected in an exemplary manner, both individually and to one another. The pedagogical demandsthe childcare facilities on the building and the associated outdoor spaces should have a special status within the overall ensemble, but should also make a maximum of open space quality possible within the specified scope.
