The competition is carried out as a non-open project competition above the EWRA/WTO threshold values with upstream application process. As part of this proceedings, 17 participants are determined by a lottery procedure from the applications received. In addition, 13 participants were inIn front of the run -up.
For the application, two planned and realized reference projects must be submitted that correspond to at least category IV according to SIA 102, Art. 7.6. At least one of the projects must be a public building. The creation costs of one referencemust at least CHF 7.0 million that are at least CHF 3.0 million. In addition, one of the two projects must have a recognized sustainability label.
The subject of the competition is the new building of the LAK nursing home Haus St. Fridolin in the municipality of Ruggel, Liechtenstein.
