The participants are selected in accordance with the procedure of a non-open procedure above the EWRA/WTO threshold values according to the provisions of the public order system
(OeAWG) with a prior application. The selection process for the allocation of the client support services is intwo stages carried out. In the first stage, the
pre -selection of 5 participants is based on specified aptitude criteria (EK). In the second stage, the building owner is selected on the basis of the defined surcharge criteria (ZK).

The Liechtenstein old age and hospitals (LAK) is an independent foundation under public law and, with around 550 employees, is one of the most important employers in Liechtenstein. Their modern and functional infrastructure meets the needsBoth the residents and the employees fully. To adapt to the demographic development, the existing network of seven locations in Liechtenstein is to be expanded to expand another building in Ruggell (left). The new building will be 60 beds for inpatient long -term careas well as the corresponding infrastructure. Commissioning is planned for the first half of 2029. The scope of services for the building owner support is based on the SIA standard 101/2020.
