the client is planning a new building for an acute hospital and the conversion of buildings of the cantonal hospital schaffhausen. The new building comprises a floor area of around 39, 700 m2 and a building volume of 161, 300 m3. Parts of the existing buildings will be rebuilt (floor space 15, 200 m2), a number of existing buildings will be demolished.
