New Base for Heimetenesta
The project includes rebuilding and further development of the existing building stock combined with a new extension. The measure mainly includes: * Light remodeling of approximately 90 m2 * Heavy remodeling of approximately 132 m2 * New extension with wardrobes of approximately 103 m2 * New carport of approximately 220 m2 * Associated outdoor work and improvement of the outdoor area The planned solution takes care of parts of the existing building stock. Noverande NAV office and offices for the childcare service will not be rebuilt, as extensive investments have recently been made in these premises, among other things related to safety. These offices will be in normal operation throughout large parts of the construction period. The general contractor must therefore plan and carry out work so that the day-to-day operations can continue with the least possible inconvenience. Special consideration must be given to: * safety for employees and visitors * noise and dust * access and escape routes * coordination of work that affects daily operations * Fencing of the construction area The contractor must submit a plan for how this should be handled. The general contractor (TE) shall be responsible for all HSE, engineering, planning and execution after the conclusion of the contract. Bras are compulsory.
