Page 7 of 9DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the establishment of an Architect-Engineering (A-E) contract with services to be performed at the Salt Lake City VAMC, UT, 84148. This requirement is being set-aside to Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL; NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL AFTER AN EVALUATION HAS BEEN MADE ON THE PROVIDED SF-330s. The SF-330 can be downloaded through the GSA Forms Library at: https://www.gsa.gov/reference/forms/architectengineer-qualifications, scroll down to locate and click on the SF-330 hyperlink entitled, Architect-Engineer Qualifications. Written questions pertaining to this requirement should be submitted no later than 10:00 AM. Mountain Standard Time (MST), September 26, 2025. Interested firms should submit their current SF-330, Parts I and II, to Elia-Laritza.Ruiz-Manzo@va.gov. The SF-330s are due no later than 10:00 AM, MT, October 10, 2025. SCOPE OF WORK: This contract will provide for a design for renovate Medication rooms at the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center. The A-E is to provide Architect/Engineer (A/E) services to design a construction project to renovate Medication rooms at the Salt Lake City VAMC located at 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148.The contractor shall design the following:Statement of Work: The Salt Lake City VA Campus requires a design to renovate all medicine rooms on campus (including non-standard medicine storage areas for example G.I., where medicine is stored in the procedure room/clean core) totaling approximately 20 rooms for 2, 000 SQ FT. The VA anticipates that 300 SQ FT (2 rooms, included in the 2000 SQ FT) will be for the buildout of new med rooms and old locations renovated for workstations needing to be relocated.
