Single-phase resistor for grounding the HV Neutral This contract concerns the supply of 300 A and 1000 A single-phase resistors for earthing the HV Neutral. These Neutral Point Resistors (R.P.N) have the role of referencing the neutral impedance of the MV network in relation to earth and to resistively limit the phase-to-earth fault current, resulting from a short circuit in the primary of a transformer. EDF SEI may benefit, if it so wishes and at its first request, from the conditions of the market(s) entered into by Enedis for its needs, via a stipulation clause for others inserted in the market(s). Electricité de Strasbourg may benefit, if it so wishes and at its first request, from the conditions of the market(s) entered into by Enedis for its needs, via a stipulation clause for others inserted in the market(s). This lot concerns the supply of 300 A and 1000 A Single-Phase Resistors for earthing the HV Neutral (15 kV and 20 kV). These resistors have the role of referencing the MV network as impedant neutral in relation to earth and of resistively limiting the phase-to-earth fault current, resulting from a short circuit in the primary of a transformer.
