Tender Details

The air force test center (aftc), installation contracting division (aftc/pzioa), eglin afb, fl intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to l3 technologies, inc, 9020 balboa ave, san diego, ca 92123; cage: 9u244, to provide: (qty 6 ea) networked multifunction telemetry unit with internal pcie multifunction telemetry module p/n: mft1000 and (qty 6 ea) rack mount or table top signal i/o panel p/n: pnl-mft. The anticipated contract will be a firm fixed price (ffp) commercial purchase order.



The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 41 united states code (usc) 1901, as implemented by far 6.302-1. This authority is supported by an approved far part 13 single source justification. It is the government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable naics code is 334220.
