"NET ELECTRICITY DELIVERY AND SELECTION OF A BALANCING GROUP COORDINATOR FOR THE NEEDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DOPAT FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS 2026/2028." When executing the order, the contractor shall perform the following activities: Carrying out the full procedure for registering on the free market of electricity the sites of the contracting authority as a customer - user of the free market and registering his sites as an end customer - user of the market. Complete administration of information flow with the licensed operator of the electricity distribution network (ORM) in the territory where the measurement points are located, and with the Electricity System Operator (ESO) and bearing the costs of imbalances, subject to the special requirements of the contracting authority specified in the documentation and according to the proposal of the participant selected as the contractor in the Technical Proposal for the execution of the order. Inclusion of the contracting authority as an indirect member of a standard balancing group with the coordinator contractor, according to PTEE, without the contracting authority to pay a fee for registration and participation. Registration of the contracting entity's sites before the ESO as an active member of the electricity market. Performing energy monitoring and forecasting, administration of estimated daily nets quantities of low-voltage active electrical energy, which are notified (registered) in the ESO in the form of schedules, which reflect the hourly quantities that the contractor plans to deliver and sell to the contractor...
