Bidders may bid for any, combination of, or all lots, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bids will be evaluated and contracts will be awarded on Lot-by-Lot basis. Bids shall contain 100% of items specified for each lot.
Bids will be opened immediately after the bid submission deadline in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend.

8 The “Integrated Perinatal Care” PIU will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids
Contractual Experience

Successful completion as main supplier within the last five (5) years (since 1 January 2019), of at least two (2) contracts to supply medical equipment each valued not less than $ 5, 000, 000.00.

All Partners of Joint Venture combined must meet requirement.
