Description : INVITATION TO BID COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIASSHE-82-CWU-0037-B: Nelson Field – Rally Statue Foundation & PlazaCommonwealth University – Bloomsburg Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work consists under this Project consists of concrete slab on grade plaza construction, foundation for a new statue, and decorative site wall/bench elements. Work to include Installation of a new mat slab foundation for a proposed statue. Installation/placement of a new concrete sidewalk plaza as an extension to the existing site sidewalk. Installation of new masonry site walls to act at seats and/or display elements and related site restoration.Work for the Project shall be accomplished by Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction bidder selected by the owner.
