Neighborhood Upgrading Project with Nature-Based Solutions Application along the San Juan River Easement
1) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, through the RA 12116 General Appropriations Act 2025 Current intends to apply the sum of Sixty-Two Million, Two Hundred Four Thousand, One Hundred Sixty-Seven Pesos and Seventy-Six Centavos (PHP62, 204, 167.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Neighborhood Upgrading Project with Nature-Based Solutions Application along the San Juan River Easement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
