Tender Details

A municipality only becomes a community if there is sufficient social cohesion. Associations have traditionally and still play an important role here. In Ruisbroek and to a lesser extent in Negenmanneke, there are fewer active associations than in the rest of our region local authority. To partially fill this gap and despite the deletion of the subsidy lines by the Flemish Government from the Samenleven Plan, we want to further perpetuate the operation of the community center. At the same time, the operation of community centers can work on it social fabric, which is under pressure due to the increasingly fast-paced society, individualization, the rapidly changing composition, etc. Finally, persons and families who are socially vulnerable can be referred more easily to the right services to support them. That is why a specification for neighborhood and street corner work is submitted, consisting of the following plots: Lot 1: Organisation, implementation and administrative management of community work in the Ruisbroek and Nine-man. Lot 2: Organisation, implementation and administrative management of street work in the Ruisbroek and Negenmanneke districts.
