Negotiated Procurement of Various Feeds
1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10, through the Rice Program Funds, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (2, 475, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Feeds. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the above-mentioned procurement.
3. The procurement procedure for this procurement project is Negotiated Procurement due to two (2) failed biddings pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184 (RA (9184), other known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”, including Annex “H” thereof.
