FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTINGAND COMMISSIONING OF BRAND NEW AND OF DENTAL CHAIR WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES
1. In view of two-failed biddings for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Brand New and of Dental Chair with complete Accessories with NP EQPT No. 2026-01, the Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center (ARMMC), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and the approved Annual Procurement Plan (APP) for CY 2026 invites qualified Bidders/Suppliers to submit a quotation with a total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Two Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP2, 250, 000.00);
2. All particulars relative to this procurement shall be conducted in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act no. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act;
