1) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center through its GAA and its Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php 4, 990, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project, NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT UNDER TWO FAILED BIDDINGS FOR THE PROJECT SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND COMMISSIONING OF ELECTROCONVULSIVE THERAPY (ECT) MACHINE with RFQ No. 2026-07-0102. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
