Description : INVITATION FOR
NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS FOR THE
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF RICE FOR RICE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM
MSWDO, Loboc, Bohol
1. The Municipality of Loboc through the Municipal Fund 2026 intends to conduct procurement for the PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF RICE FOR RICE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM with Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 800, 000.00). Delivery of goods is required for the period of Thirty (30) calendar days from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically reject at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Loboc through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.
3. The procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement pursuant to Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
