1. The Municipality of Loboc through the Municipal Fund 2026 intends to conduct procurement for the Purchase and Delivery of Rice for the Implementation of the Assistance to Indigent Individuals or Families - Food Assistance (AIIF-FA) Rice Distribution Project with Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Five Million Pesos (PhP5, 000, 000.00). Delivery of goods is required for the period of Sixty(60) calendar days from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically reject at bid opening.
