INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT: TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS FOR PROSTHESIS SUPPLIES (CY 2026)
1. In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, Philippine Orthopedic Center Bids and Awards Committee (POC-BAC) invites interested suppliers to participate in the negotiation for PROSTHESIS SUPPLIES (CY 2026) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ₱568, 039.74 (Five Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Thirty Nine and 74/100) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
For more details on this project, please refer to attached Schedule of Requirements (Annex A) and technical Specifications (Annex B).
