Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR TWO FAILED BIDDINGS
PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND CONSUMABLES
1. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) through the General Appropriations Act FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Fifty Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos (Php7, 050, 692.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Laboratory Supplies and Consumables (Negotiated Procurement- Two-Failed Biddings) with Bid Reference NP2026-04-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PDEA Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.
3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 35.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
