Description : SUBJECT: Invitation to Bid for NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT (TWO FAILED BIDDING) - SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS-LOT 4
NP-TFB: 02-26
1) The Municipal Government of Libona, through the [Appropriation Ordinance of 2026] intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand Thirty-Six Pesos and 58/100 (Php 219, 036.58) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS-LOT 4. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Libona now invites bids for NPTFB 02-26 using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder [LCRB]. Delivery of the Goods is required. Bidders should have completed, at least Thirty Calendar Days [30 CD] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
