Description : SUBJECT: Invitation to Bid for NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT (TWO FAILED BIDDING) - SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS (2 UNITS CLASSROOMS -KINAWE & PONGOL)

1) The Municipal Government of Libona, through the [Appropriation Ordinance of 2026] intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Eighty Pesos and 35/100 (Php. 1, 595, 080.35) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS (CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE TO GOVERNMENT FACILITIES - LIBRARY, OLD MUNICIPAL, RHU & IP TULUGAN CENTER). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Libona now invites bids for NPTFB 03-26 using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder [LCRB]. Delivery of the Goods is required.
