Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS VEGETABLE SEEDS

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the GAA FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP688, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS VEGETABLE SEEDS with project identification number DA-RFO-1-2024-GOODS-012-N. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-RFO 1 now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project with the following details and minimum specifications, to wit:
