The City Government of Tacloban, through the Trust Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (Php1, 820, 000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE: FABRICATION OF TENTS WITH FRAME/REF #009(2)-02-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
