NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT HAULING TRUCK LIGHT CARGO
1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through Municipal Agriculture Office and its Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Pesos (Php1, 500, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Negotiated Procurement of One (1) Unit Hauling Truck-Light Cargo (Double Cab) with ITB No.2026-10-096 or contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for Negotiated Procurement of One (1) Unit Hauling Truck-Light Cargo (Double Cab) using the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
