Description : 1) The National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱ 2, 750, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Negotiated Procurement (two failed biddings) of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Subscription for the National Defense College of the Philippines.
The bidder/supplier shall provide one (1) year subscription which shall commence on the date of activation of the subscription.
Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The NDCP now invites bids under Negotiated Procurement (two failed biddings) for the Procurement of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) for the National Defense College of the Philippines Bidders should have completed, at least one contract within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
