1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10, through the CC-AMIA funds, intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos (1, 815, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 33 Heads Cattle Female/Heifer - Upgraded . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the above-mentioned procurement.
