2. Financial Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected. The Bids and Awards Committee have the option to negotiate on the Financial Proposal received that is within the ABC.
3. PITC and UP Diliman now invite Bids from authorized Philippine Fabricators/ Importers/ Suppliers/ Resellers/Distributors/Dealers for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Swimming Pool Equipment and Accessories for UP Diliman.
4. The bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens / sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organization with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging citizens of the Philippines.
5. A prospective Bidder must have completed a single largest contract of similar nature within last five (5) years amounting to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC of the Swimming Pool Equipment.
Similar contract shall mean -œSports Equipment-.
6. Delivery and Installation Period: One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
7. Installation Site: Swimming Stadium, College of Human Kinetics, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City
