Needs study for the development of the National Ground Segment for Satellite Data (NBS) Needs study for the development of the National Ground Segment for satellite data (NBS). This involves examining the social utility of the current NBS, assessing the data volume of data that must be stored, estimate the cost of continuation, and propose priorities for functionality for the period 2028-2034. The main deliverable is a written report. The report must contain descriptions and analyzes of the following topics, defined as work packages (A1-7). Supplier is free to change the order and define the relative scope of the partial deliveries, as well as add relevant elements that are not mentioned below. Scope and focus can also be adapted along the way, in dialogue with the Norwegian Space Directorate, but a plan must be outlined in the offer for implementation and method. There will be opportunities for parts of the assignment to be exempt from public disclosure by agreement.
