Description: The objective of the project is the development of a national technical, legal and operational infrastructure for pseudonymisation and anonymisation of data, primarily from the public sector, where appropriate, also from the private sector and research. This National Pseudonymization and Anonymization Infrastructure (INPA) should be able to integrate with a future data exchange platform to stimulate the pooling and exchange of data from different communities. This call for tenders covers the analysis of the beneficiaries' needs and the functional, technical and legal aspects to arrive at the definition of an INPA. The implementation of the technical solution will be done in a second phase.
