Eligibility of Tenderer : a)Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 05(five) years of general experience from the date of Opening of Tender in Construction Works.b) Having experience in successful completion of work at least 1(one) no of similar nature of construction works not less than amounting to BDT 15.00 (Fifteen) lac only in a single tender in Govt./Semi Govt. /Autonomous Originations of Bangladesh during the last 5 years from the date of Opening of Tenderc) The work certificate for successful completion of a work shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned Department/Organization duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the District/Area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.d) The Tenderer shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover during last 5(five) years of BDT 40.00 (forty) lac only from the date of Opening Tender.e) The Minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit Facilities in the from e-PW2a-3 shall be BDT 15.00 (Fifteen) lac only. supported by Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days within the date of opening of tender.f) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 15.00(Fifteen) lac.g) Tender Security shall be BDT 0.50 (Zero Point five Zero) lac. h)The Tenderer must posses i) Up-to-date Trade License, ii) Income Tax Certificate, iii) VAT Registration Certificate, vi) up to date ABC & Supervisory Licence.
