Hyde Housing Association Ltd. ("Hyde") is carrying out a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise for a provider who can deliver NEC Housing Application Support Service and Consultancy. The requirement is split between BAU support of the system, one-off requirements and other optional support of the NEC dependent components such the operating system and data base.
