Tender are invited for The project may consist of the following : Piers : There is spalling between 2" and 6" deep near the waterline on the piers. The height of the spalls appears to be 4' to 5'. The suggested repair is to remove the loose and delaminated concrete at the bottom of the pier walls and patch the areas either with shotcrete or concrete repairs. It may be necessary to install a temporary water diversion at the base of the piers in order to perform the work. See outside link file.
