The subject of the public contract is the modernization of the main bar of the theater theater in the central hall of the Stavovský theater, according to the separate adjacent bar in the same room and the reconstruction of the room on the ground floor of the theater theater for both into changing bars. Concrete in the ground of the theater covering, one of the replacement of the surfaces of the floor layer, replacement of the tiling, new grease and painting of the walls and ceiling, new built-in and free-standing furniture and some gastro equipment, replacement of existing distribution and ventilation ducts for new, new low-current and high-current electrical distribution, new end elements electricity and lights. The electrical installation project, apart from the end elements and lights, is not part of the implementation. It will be developed separately with respect to the position of the end elements given by the project and the necessary performance of the connected equipment with sufficient reserve. It will be performed in the main bar area after dismantling, everything is equipped with crystallization of marble floors, painting of the ceiling above the bar, including 2 ventilation ducts for new, new wiring, see in, according to the assembly of new built-in furniture, wall cladding, stone slabs and gastro equipment. The doors will remain standing, the overhaul will be carried out in the realm of the investor. Next to the bar is a separate chest element that can be replaced if necessary.
