Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in on non-Consultant Service (delivery training) of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of Five(5) years with a value of at least of Tk 10, 00, 00, 000.00 [Ten Crore taka only](b) Tenderer Must have a trade license related to conducting training based otherwise it will be considered Non- responsive.(c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 75, 00, 00, 000.00 [Seven Five Crore taka only]over the last 03(three)years.(d) Copies of the up to date valid Trade Licence; ETIN and Up to date income tax payment certificate; VAT registration certificatcertificatee with last month submission clearance letter from NBR and Bank Solvency certificate from any schedule bank and 03 (three) years Audit Report.(e) Minimum 20th own/organ Training Institutes and others training centres (Sister Concern) documents approved by Bangladesh Technical Education Board with code (BTEB).(f) Copies of the up to date document Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments certificate
