Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration - Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA- CAR), through the GAA 2022 and GAA 2023 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million
Pesos (Php 8, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY
AND DELIVERY OF MULTI-ELECTRODE GEO-RESISTIVITY METER
EQUIPMENT/ NCG-CAR-OE-05-2023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration - Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR)
now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by
60 Calendar Days from the receipt of Notices to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to
