Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration - Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR), through the GAA 2024 intends to apply the total sum of Nine Million Twenty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-One Pesos (Php 9, 028, 361.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NCG-CAR-OE-02-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration - Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods is required by 30 Calendar Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed for Lots 1, 2, and 4; 60 calendar days for lot 3; and 90 calendar days for lot 5. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
